A short-lived 90-day pause helped stabilize things temporarily, but volatility quickly resumed.

Mortgage rates have crept back up by nearly 7%, influenced by a rising 10-year Treasury yield.

Realtor.com and Concierge Auctions report a continuing, albeit slowing, rise in luxury home prices.
